Do I need to track my calories or macros to work with you?

Not necessarily. While tracking is a helpful tool, especially for beginners, it’s not required. We’ll figure out what works best for your lifestyle and goals.

Do you offer meal plans?

No—since I’m not a registered dietitian, I don’t provide medical nutrition therapy or strict meal plans. But I will give you recipe ideas, cooking tips, and help you understand how to build balanced meals on your own.

What if I have a really busy schedule?

That’s exactly who I created this program for. I understand how chaotic life can get—we’ll build habits around your schedule, not the other way around.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There’s no long-term commitment. I don't ever want you to feel like you're locked into a contract.

How are sessions held?

All sessions are done virtually via Zoom. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are included depending on your plan, along with ongoing support through messages.

What if I have health conditions?

If you have a medical condition, you should first consult with a doctor or registered dietitian. I’ll always stay within my scope of practice to work with you on building safe and sustainable habits
